Electrodes have accumulated a coating which prevents adequate electrical
current from flowing between them.
- Clean the electrodes, as per the MAINTENANCE section.
Faulty electrical connection to electrodes.
- Check the cable from the Eco-Oxidizer control box to the Electrode Cartridge.
Ensure that the electrical connections at the Electrode Cartridge are clean,
tight and without excessive corrosion.
- Faulty connections can be repaired by persons with technical experience, or
can be returned to Bioniser for repair.
If all the lights on the eco-oxidizer are flashing then simply add calcium hardener to the pool to a level of 250 or so.
Another solution is to add a 10 kg bag of pool salt (50,000 litre pool) and brush in. Both these solutions increase the water’s
conductivity level so that the eco-oxidizer can deliver the chosen level of power to the oxidizing cells without restriction.
Situation: The lights will stop flashing once this is completed.
